Vessels InfoDelete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Vessels Info account and associated personal data at any time.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Vessels Info and sign in.
- Open the Account tab.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone.
- Select Delete Account and confirm your request.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address registered to your account. Use “Vessels Info Account Deletion” as the subject.
What will be deleted
Your account profile, authentication data, saved watchlist and other personal data associated with your account will be deleted or anonymised after verification and completion of the request. Information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. App-store purchase records remain subject to the applicable store’s retention rules.
